What is a confirmation statement?
An annual filing that confirms your company details with Companies House: registered office, directors, shareholders, PSCs, and SIC codes. It must be filed within 14 days of the anniversary of incorporation or your last confirmation statement.
How is company formation priced?
We quote a fixed fee for company formation that covers structure choice, articles, identity verification of the directors and shareholders (handled through our ACSP access), and the Companies House submission. The right structure depends on your circumstances, so we agree it before any filing.
What happens if I miss a Companies House deadline?
Late filing of accounts incurs automatic penalties starting at £150 and rising to £1,500 for companies. We set reminders and file ahead of deadlines to prevent this.
