Train with people who pick up the phone
We are a fourteen-person practice in Belfast. We train accountants the old-fashioned way: real client work from week one, supervised by directors who still take the calls. If that sounds like the kind of environment you want to learn in, we would like to hear from you.
What working here actually looks like
Real work, early
Trainees handle live client files from the start, with proper review and feedback. You will not spend a year photocopying.
Study support
Full study leave, exam fees, and tuition for ACA, ACCA, AAT, and CTA. We back you through to qualification.
Director access
Two directors, one office. You will sit ten feet from the people running the firm and see how decisions actually get made.
Sector breadth
Hospitality, retail, construction, manufacturing, and not-for-profit. You will see tax, payroll, accounts, and advisory work across all five.
Sensible hours
Mon to Thu, 8:30am to 5pm. Half-day Fridays (finish at 12:30pm). Busy season is busy, but we do not run on perma-overtime. People go home.
Stay or move on
Several of our team have been here ten years plus. Others have moved into industry or gone in-house at clients. We support both.
